The Disaster Distress Helpline (DDH)

The Disaster Distress Helpline is a national hotline that is dedicated to providing year-round disaster crisis counseling for people experiencing emotional distress due to natural or man-made disasters. This service is toll-free, multilingual and is available 24/7 by phone and by text to resident in the United States. The staff provides supportive counseling, as well as referrals to local disaster-related resources and follow-up care.
